• Green Mountain (GMCR) completes acquisition of Diedrich Coffee (DDRX). 
• Agilent (A) completes acquisition of Varian (VARI).
• Tyco (TYC) completes acquisition of Brink's Home Security (CFL).
• Alta Mesa Holding completes acquisition of Meridian Resources (TMR).

Deal Updates:

• Brink's (CLF) shareholders approve deal.
• Bowne & Co (BNE) and R.R. Donnelley (RRD) receive request for additional information from the FTC and set shareholder meeting for May 26.
• L.B. Foster (FSTR) and Portec Rail (PRPX) agree to not commence deal before July 16 without DOJ approval.
