• Odyssey Healthcare (ODSY) shareholders approve merger with Gentiva Health Services (GTIV).
• Allscripts (MDRX) and Eclipsys (ECLP) shareholders approve merger.
• Cornell Companies (CRN) looses contract with Arizona but GEO Group (GEO) already had the built into its assumptions.
• Health Grades (HGRD) and Vestar Capital receive early termination of HSR. 
• Emmis Communications Corp (EMMS) extends tender offer until Aug 13 because they are unable to reach agreement with Preferred Stock holders.
• Pinnacle Gas (PINN) shareholders approve merger with Scotia Waterous.
• People's United (PBCT) files S-4 in connection with the acquisition of LSB Corp (LSBX).
