• C.R. Bard (BCR) completes acquisition of SenoRx (SENO).
• Cerberus Capital completes acquisition of Dyncorp (DCP). 

Updated Deals:

• HSR expires on Gentiva Health (GTIV) and Odyssey HealthCare (ODSY) deal.
• Ralcorp Holdings (RAH) and American Italian (AIPC) announce early termination of HSR. 
• CyberSource (CYBS) and Visa (V) announce early termination of HSR and sets shareholder meeting for July 20.
• Southwest Water (SWWC) sets Aug 6 as shareholder vote and anticipates the deal to close in early 4th quarter. 
• Dollar Thrifty (DTG) sets Aug 18 for shareholder vote.  
• Atlantic BancGroup (ATBC) sold assets equal to $0.56112/share that will become part of the merger consideration.
