• Dragon Pharma (DRUG.OB) deal complete.
• Quantrx Biomedical (QTXB.OB) terminates the deal for Nurx Pharmaceutical (NUXP.OB).  
• Thomas Bravo completes acquisition of SonicWALL (SNWL).
• Vision Solutions completes acquisition of Double-Take (DBTK).

• Argon (STST) and Boeing (BA) get early HSR termination.   
• Valeant Pharmaceutical (VRX) and Biovail Corp (BVF) receive early HSR termination. 
• Synopsys (SNPS) and Virage Logic (VIRL) HSR waiting period expires. 
• SAP (SAP) extends offer for Sybase (SY) until Jul 26.
• SAP (SAP) receives EC approval of Sybase (SY) deal. 
• Dollar Thrifty (DTG) reschedules shareholder meeting to Sep 16 from Aug 18.
• Biovail Corp (BVF) files S-4 for deal with Valeant Pharmaceutical (VRX). 
• inVentiv Health (VTIV) shareholders approve merger with Thomas H. Lee Partners. 
• Ralcorp (RAH) completes tender offer for American Italian Pasta (AIPC).  
• Comtech Telecom (CMTL) loses army contract and stock price skids and drags CPI International (CPII) shares down with it. Merger spread is still tight though.

• Maine & Meritimes (MAM) shareholders approve merger with Emera.
